I just placed an order, when will it ship?


Please allow 1-2 days of production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-5 business days, although you may receive your shipment much sooner. Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days, please email us at support@topcalibercollection.com

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?


We do offer returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase, if your item(s) are unused, unworn, and in the original condition. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to process any returns and/or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore you're responsible for the shipping cost for the returned/exchanged item(s).


Can I cancel my order?


You are able to cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase. Unfortunately, after 48 hours, your item cannot be canceled. Contact us through email for additional info regarding cancellations. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?


If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email, and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@topcalibercollection.com If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 48 hours. No refund will be given after the 48 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?


Shipping times vary as we offer worldwide shipping. The average Domestic shipping time is 3-5 business days after the order is done with production.
